He has the skill to enable honest reflection by creating a relationship which is non-judgmental, supportive and encouraging. BJ is very subtle in his approach, enabling me to find my own answers but through his suggestions and guidance. I have found the experience invaluable. The process has helped me to have a much clearer perspective and built my confidence, which in turn has improved my view of work and personal circumstances. I would thoroughly recommend this method of coaching and am sad that his support is coming to an end but feel that what I have learnt will stay with me for a long time.
